For the end of term Morpeth Music Dept put on variety of acts. This included the school choir, Urban Playground joined by Staff Band, The Morpeth Jazz Quartet and PULSE Drummers. Check out the video on YouTube here.
Once again Urban Playground were asked to play at the Write Idea festival at the Ideas Store Whitechapel. The festival celebrates literacy and reading with many speakers and debates and a wide range of topics. The ISH visit for a day of workshops with PULSE and Urban Playground. On their trip to the UK The ISH stopped by Morpeth to for a number of worshops and informal performances. It gave students studying music a chance to meet other like minded people from another country and school swapping and learning new skills.
