INSTRUMENTAL LESSONS

At Morpeth School, you can apply to have instrumental lessons. Click the "SIGN UP" button below to choose an instrument you would like to learn.

Spaces and instruments are limited. Applying does not guarantee lessons.

Students can sign up for the following instruments:

Singing, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Violin, and Piano.

Instrument Loans:

Students learning trumpet, trombone, flute, clarinet, saxophone, and violin will be loaned an instrument for the duration of their studies. Numbers of instruments are limited.

 

Music instrumental lessons will be charged at the following rates: ​

Shared 20-minute lesson £7 per lesson

20-minutes £14 per lesson

30-minutes £21 per lesson

Music lessons will be billed termly. You will have the option of paying in monthly instalments if that is preferred. Any families who wish their child to learn an instrument but are experiencing financial can still apply for lessons with support available from the school arranged on a case-by-case basis.

There is a planned total of 31 lessons across the year:

Term 1 - 11 weeks - 29th September to 19th December

Term 2 - 11 weeks - 5th January to 27th March

Term 3 - 9 weeks - 13th April to 19th June

 

We use INVOLVE EDUCATION to schedule instrumental and singing lessons. Once your child has been given a slot for lessons you should receive an invite email with a link to create your account. Creating your account this way will automatically let you see your child's upcoming music lessons from the school. For safeguarding reasons, your child won't be able to create their learner account until you've created a parent account. To learn more about INVOLVE EDUCATION please click here
